En premier lieu, le commercial se charge de trouver le bon \u00e9quilibre entre un service optimal pour ses clients et les ressources mat\u00e9rielles et humaines pour son entreprise.<\/p>

Ensuite, l\u2019\u00e9valuateur, lui, trouve le juste compromis entre la prise en compte de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du march\u00e9. C\u2019est \u00e0 dire, les demandes des clients associ\u00e9es \u00e0 la prise de risque indispensable \u00e0 toute forme de cr\u00e9ation. Concr\u00e8tement, l\u2019\u00e9valuateur va faire le lien entre le parfumeur, le cr\u00e9ateur et la marque pour aboutir \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9valuation du march\u00e9 et les besoins. Ses connaissances sont le march\u00e9, les contraintes techniques, les formules cosm\u00e9tiques et le\u00a0parfum<\/strong>.<\/p>

Le parfum se compose de trois niveaux. On parle de\u00a0pyramide olfactive<\/strong>. La note de t\u00eate g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement fraiche et volatile. Elle est souvent compos\u00e9e d\u2019hesp\u00e9rid\u00e9s, d\u2019agrumes\u2026\u00a0 Par exemple, Guerlain utilise toujours dans ses notes de t\u00eate l\u2019essence de bergamote. La note de t\u00eate est volatile. Ensuite, la note de c\u0153ur est le corps du parfum. A ce stade-l\u00e0, le laboratoire pr\u00e9sente des pistes cr\u00e9atives avec leur Nez. En second lieu, ces essais sont sentis en r\u00e9union sur la peau et sur des touches \u00e0 sentir. Apr\u00e8s cette \u00e9tape, d\u2019autres propositions sont \u00e9voqu\u00e9es. A force de, le laboratoire affine aux fur et \u00e0 mesure des essais. Cette phase peut prendre des ann\u00e9es. A cause de, et peut \u00eatre de la forme olfactive, la tenue du parfum, le sillage, la puissance ou au co\u00fbt trop \u00e9lev\u00e9 de la formule.<\/p>\n

Le Nez dispose souvent d\u2019une libert\u00e9 totale en terme de cr\u00e9ation de parfum<\/strong>, de budget et de temps de d\u00e9veloppement.
